Frijoles & Frescas: Authentic Mexican Cuisine in Las Vegas

Absolutely some of the best food I've had in Nevada, it's delicious, very well presented, and the drinks are by far the best frescas I've had. Every member of my party on the first sip was stunned with the flavor of the drinks. The food was no different either. Every bite had me drawn in was basking in the spices. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The food came out in an instant too. Absolutely amazing place to go.

The service was great and I got my food quickly. It was presented well. The restaurant is clean and inviting with lots of natural light and an authentic atmosphere. I had a taco and was just a bit disappointed with the flavor. There was a good amount of food, but I expected a little more intensity with the spices.

The food was delicious. Carnitas so juicy and flavorful. Good was freshly cooked. Tortilla taste like they are made from scratch. Definitely will return to this spot. These were the best mini tacos I have had since moving to Vegas in 6 years. Cali native!!! Mexican food is so important. Even the guacamole was delicious and did not taste as if it came from a bag. The green salsa is spicier than the red and the cooked jalapeños and onions omggg.

This place is yummy. The service was great and he recommended so many good items. It seems no matter what you get the food will be good. The frescas was refreshing. Our family will be back and recommend this place to everyone.

Stopped here while visiting Vegas. Please open one in Utah County! The food is amazing! I've been craving their burritos since I left. Will be eating here again the next time I'm in town. Thank you for the authentic Mexican food and quality ingredients. The vegetarian options are much appreciated

Absolutely delicious!! The Al Pastor taco was loaded and was the best marinated pork I've tasted in forever. The guacamole was flavorful and the fresh pineapple juice was wonderful. I loved that the tacos had a bit of a crunch on the inside shell and the outer shell kept it all together. Win win win recommend for people to give it a try.

Perfect! Nothing it doesn't need. Flavourful, inexpensive and simple in its elegance. I was so hungry, I forgot to take a picture before I reviewed it! Then I thought... It's so good, I have to do a review. And with another order of a shrimp mini, and a beef mini taco... Here's a pic. Delicious! Second time around... Taquitos!
